The role
Mott MacDonald is a global engineering and management consultancy with over 20,000 employees across more than 50 countries. The role involves leading and supporting civil and structural engineering projects across energy, defence, and infrastructure sectors from feasibility to commissioning. The candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, oversee design checks, prepare technical documentation, and conduct asset inspections. They will provide strategic advice to clients, maintain strong relationships, and develop project schedules and budgets. Mentoring junior staff and supporting a diverse team culture are key responsibilities in this role. The position requires a Chartered Engineer with sector experience, technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
