The role
Lead and develop the Supply Chain team to optimize end-to-end operations.
Ensure efficient, cost-effective procurement of raw materials and timely delivery.
Drive strategic planning, supplier management, and purchasing/sourcing activities.
Oversee demand planning, 3PL warehousing and transport, and inventory optimization.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business goals.
Leverage ERP, demand planning tools and analytics to monitor performance and drive improvements.
