The role
This role focuses on GenAI and self-learning systems to solve complex ecommerce scenarios.
Develop statistical models for predictive and compound AI models and train foundational models.
Define processes and experiments for an end-to-end foundation model and build end-to-end AI pipelines.
Mentor teammates on data lakes, data normalization, dimension reduction, visualization, and statistical modeling.
Ensure training processes are security/compliance-aware and collaborate across teams to align with the AI strategy.
Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in software engineering/AI, 4+ years building large-scale ecommerce foundation models, and strong LLM fine-tuning/deployment expertise.
