The role
IT Network Engineer:
Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and security systems.
Provide support for network services, projects, and tools, including Cisco devices, Microsoft Visio, and network management software.
Collaborate with local resources for cabling and terminations, and participate in safety-related activities.
Travel to other locations as needed.
Requires Associate's degree, 2+ years' experience with Ethernet LAN topologies, TCP/IP protocol, and Cisco devices.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to learn new technology quickly.
Experience with network monitoring tools, project management, and leadership.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visio.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Network Engineering, 4+ years' experience with Cisco routers and switches.
