The role
Design and build the data models and abstractions that shape how AI agents interact with accounting workflows.
Set the context and rules governing agent behavior, including what accounting knowledge is required at each stage.
Lead cross-functional modeling efforts to balance trade-offs between system complexity, accuracy, and performance.
Mentor teammates, recruit engineering talent, and help scale the platform as demand accelerates.
Apply first-principles reasoning to architect solutions that align with product goals in accounting, finance, and the economy.
This is a full-time, in-office NYC role that emphasizes collaboration, speed, and ownership of delivery.
