The role
Lead wetlands delineation, NEPA compliance, and environmental permitting for infrastructure projects across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, South, and Midwest.
Provide expert guidance on wetland identification, delineation, USACE Section 404 permitting, and state-level permitting strategies to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
Review and sign off on technical reports and regulatory filings, including NEPA documents, Environmental Assessments, and Resource Delineations.
Collaborate with business development to identify opportunities and cross-sell integrated engineering and environmental services while cultivating strong client relationships.
Lead field efforts, navigate challenging terrain, and oversee wetland delineation teams on complex sites.
Stay current on evolving environmental policy, agency guidance, and industry trends, while mentoring junior staff and fostering a high-performance team culture.
