The role
Own and drive a global HR transformation program centered on SAP SuccessFactors across multiple markets.
Define and implement HR strategies, processes, and configurations to enable scalable, compliant HR operations.
Lead cross-functional design workshops, manage system integrations, data migration, and testing in collaboration with IT and business partners.
Ensure governance, risk and compliance with data privacy, payroll, compensation, and regulatory requirements, aligned to enterprise architecture.
Provide strong stakeholder management and change leadership to secure executive sponsorship and user adoption.
Bring extensive SuccessFactors experience, HR domain knowledge, and a proven track record in global SaaS implementations and project delivery.
