The role
Lead the technical direction for complex ML projects, balancing trade-offs and guiding team priorities.
Design, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable ML/software systems with clear architectural justification.
Define problems, develop roadmaps, and oversee delivery across multiple workstreams in high-risk environments.
Drive the development of shared libraries and encourage cross-team collaboration.
Lead hiring, mentor engineers, and foster growth while adopting new technologies to stay ahead.
Act as a technical expert for customers, provide accurate estimates, and defend rationale to stakeholders.
