The role
Build scalable systems to train and fine-tune large-scale generative models to simulate realistic driving behaviors and evaluate driving scenarios.
Lead the design and iteration of RL algorithms, reward functions, and training paradigms aimed at high-fidelity, insightful driving behaviors.
Develop cutting-edge deep learning and generative AI solutions (LLMs, VLMs) to automate triage, enhance workflow efficiency, and analyze driving data for anomalies.
Oversee production-grade ML models that monitor a diverse fleet and scale with millions of miles of data.
Drive RLHF-inspired data collection and evaluation processes, adopting best practices from industry to improve human preference-based learning.
Collaborate with Prediction, Planning, and Research teams and senior leadership to deliver on strategic ML initiatives.
