The role
Lead the ideation and prototyping of AI automation solutions, translating business challenges into real, ROI-delivering features.
Build and maintain production-grade backend services in Python and Golang, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
Apply GenAI techniques (LLMs, agents, RAG) and integrate enterprise LLMs to deliver practical AI workflows.
Collaborate across engineering and non-engineering teams to scale prototypes into secure, production-ready solutions.
Mentor teammates on design principles, coding standards, and AI productivity tooling, fostering best practices.
Define success metrics, track ROI, and continuously research emerging AI models to drive adoption.
