The role
Oversee the full lifecycle of group events, from contract negotiation to flawless on-site execution.
Collaborate with multiple resort departments to deliver retreats, mindful meetings, and weddings that reflect the brand's mindfulness ethos.
Manage timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and risk mitigation to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Proactively troubleshoot on-site issues and drive seamless event delivery through strong problem-solving and communication.
Demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a track record of managing multiple concurrent projects.
Require proficiency in event management software and flexibility to work weekends and varied hours.
