The role
Under the guidance of the Chief Respect Officer, lead or support investigations into employee relations, professionalism, harassment, and protected-class concerns.
Develop and deliver training programs that educate leaders and staff on respect standards, inclusion, and Equal Employment Opportunity guidance.
Document, remediate, and monitor inquiries to promote a more respectful workplace and mitigate organizational risk.
Collaborate with HR and leadership to implement remediation strategies and track progress.
Apply knowledge of federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws and internal policies to complex organizational dynamics.
This is a full-time, on-site role with four days in the office and one day remote, with potential travel to corporate offices and other locations.
