The role
Provide attentive dining room service by greeting guests, presenting menus, and assisting with selections.
Prepare and maintain tables by setting surfaces, condiments, napkins, and utensils to ensure a polished guest experience.
Record orders, note dietary needs, and relay requests to kitchen and bar to ensure accuracy and timing.
Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar, deliver accompaniments, and keep service stations clean and stocked.
Maintain sanitation and safety standards, follow alcohol service policies, and upsell appropriate menu items.
Wrap up the experience by processing payments, acknowledging guests, and inviting them to return.
