The role
Lead the Relevance team to elevate search quality and AI-powered answers at scale.
Own end-to-end system design across query understanding, retrieval, ranking, features, and measurement.
Develop and deploy LLM-based answer capabilities with emphasis on reliability and scalability for billions of users.
Set technical direction for ML and Search, identify opportunities, and influence cross-functional strategy.
Mentor and grow senior and staff engineers, fostering a healthy engineering culture focused on user experience.
Collaborate with product, design, data, and business teams to deliver high-quality experiences at scale.
