The role
An Environmental Engineer is required in West Bromwich to ensure compliance with environmental legislation and standards whilst managing risks across defence products and systems. They will develop and maintain environmental documentation, support integration into design and lifecycle phases, and coordinate audits and stakeholder engagement. The role demands expertise in environmental legislation, project management, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Candidates should have a relevant technical degree, defence sector experience, and security clearance eligibility. The position is on-site, full-time, with a contract duration of 6 months and potential extension, working 37.5 hours per week.
