The role
The Personal Injury Associate Attorney will work in a litigation-focused practice in El Paso, TX.
Draft motions, responses, and discovery answers; manage client meetings and case preparation.
Attend hearings and depositions, argue motions, and support for summary judgment whenever applicable.
Conduct legal research and writing, summarize evidence, and assist with trial preparations.
This full-time in-person role requires excellent writing and research skills; Spanish-speaking preferred.
Salary range: $100,000 - $200,000 per year; commensurate with experience and growth opportunities.
