The role
Full-time Associate Attorney specializing in family law with crossover criminal matters.
Handle a diverse docket including divorce, child custody, and protective orders from intake through trial.
Lead all phases of litigation: legal research, drafting pleadings, negotiations, and court appearances.
Conduct client consultations, maintain ongoing communication, and collaborate with paralegals for efficient case management.
Demonstrate strong writing, negotiation, advocacy, and a client-focused, empathetic approach.
Requirements: J.D., active Colorado Bar license, minimum 3 years in family or criminal law, willing to travel; Salary: $120,000–$155,000 plus benefits.
