The role
Welcomes patients to the unit and delivers compassionate, patient-centered care.
Supports clerical and administrative duties to ensure smooth ward operations.
Performs regular basic observations and collects blood samples as required.
Assists with venous cannulation and escorts patients to other departments.
Maintains cleanliness and tidiness of the unit and provides meals and drinks to patients.
Supports patient safety and comfort through teamwork, accurate documentation and infection control.
