The role
The Compliance Manager, Health Facilities, ensures adherence to all applicable policies, federal, state, and local codes, and industry standards across multiple medical campuses.
Reporting to the Director of Health System Facilities, this role leads regulatory readiness and oversees the implementation of compliance programs across facilities and clinics.
Responsibilities include managing audits, tracking corrective actions, and coordinating with facilities operations, safety, and quality teams.
Develops and maintains documentation, conducts risk assessments, and enforces consistent policy compliance.
Requires strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and data-driven analysis, paired with effective communication and governance.
This on-site position spans a broad network of campuses and outpatient sites with a salary range of $112,900 - $256,900.
