The role
Lead negotiations for commercial agreements related to capital equipment, services, and R&D partnerships.
Provide legal guidance on international trade law, export controls (EAR/ITAR), licensing, and technology transfers.
Drive cost savings initiatives and implement strategic sourcing practices across global procurement.
Advise on operational transactions including joint development agreements, warranty claims, and IP transfer.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and align contracting processes with business objectives.
Travel as needed to support transactional needs and business objectives.
