The role
Join a cross-functional team to design, validate, and deploy AI-powered agents and decision-support digital twins in high-consequence environments.
Perform exploratory data analysis, model building, validation, and performance monitoring to ensure robust, real-world impact.
Lead data science efforts within delivery squads—partnering with engineers, designers, and product leads for successful outcomes.
Translate real-world problems into technical strategies and apply supervised/unsupervised learning, time-series, Bayesian methods, and rigorous validation.
Maintain scientific rigor and a business-focused approach by quantifying model impact and ensuring value to end users.
Requires senior-level data science experience, strong Python tooling, and a product-oriented mindset; hybrid working in London (2 days onsite).
