The role
Deliver a distinctive and friendly customer experience at every interaction, greeting patrons and offering product assistance.
Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently.
Support in-store operations with stocking, merchandising, inventory checks, and maintaining clean, well-organized displays.
Assist customers in the photo area and web order pickups, and drive add-on sales when appropriate.
Follow policies and asset protection procedures while complying with local laws for regulated products.
Collaborate with team members, participate in training, and adapt to a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
