The role
Lead rigorous statistical analyses and experiment design to uncover causal relationships and optimize growth strategies at scale.
Design and analyze advanced experiments beyond basic A/B testing to improve accuracy and scalability for user acquisition, activation, and retention.
Automate analytical pipelines, build reporting tools, and maintain reproducible data codebases to ensure fast, scalable insights.
Surface actionable insights to inform executive decisions and shape product strategy and user growth initiatives.
Collaborate with analytics, marketing, and growth teams; mentor peers and champion data-driven best practices.
Continuously learn about the product and industry trends to drive innovation and high-quality analysis.
