The role
Lead the development and execution of advanced data science programs, including Gen AI and Agentic AI, to solve complex business problems at scale.
Define a clear vision and strategy for data science, align with organizational goals, and drive impactful outcomes across cross-functional teams.
Oversee the creation of high-impact AI capabilities, ensuring data quality, governance, privacy, and security are embedded in all solutions.
Collaborate with senior executives to integrate data science into strategic planning and decision-making; translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring junior scientists, and building a high-performing data science organization.
Role requires strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver measurable business impact in a hybrid work environment.
