The role
Lead litigation and regulatory matters for a growing technology company, advising on risk as offerings expand.
Draft motions and briefs, conduct oral arguments, and manage settlements and negotiations with opposing counsel.
Oversee case strategy from inception to trial, including discovery, risk assessment, and budgeting.
Provide proactive counsel on privacy, regulatory compliance, and data security matters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal strategy with business objectives.
Relocation to Madison, WI is required and fully reimbursed, with on-site campus-based work.
