The role
Be the HR engine supporting a mission-critical public sector role with advanced NEOGOV (HRIS/ATS) proficiency.
Lead recruitment and selection processes, coordinating exams, interviews, offers, onboarding, and orientations.
Manage NEOGOV HRIS and confidential records, ensuring accurate data and timely reports.
Administer benefits enrollments, changes, open enrollment, and billings reconciliation while answering employee inquiries.
Coordinate HR training, development, and employee communications to boost engagement.
Support policy interpretation, compliance, and MOUs, keeping procedures current and auditable.
