The role
An experienced Oncology Pharmacist will be responsible for providing patient-centred clinical pharmacy services within a specialist cancer environment. They will manage oncology treatments, support service development, and contribute to clinical governance initiatives. Candidates should be GPhC registered with significant oncology experience and have knowledge of systemic anti-cancer therapies and electronic prescribing systems. They must demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role involves enhancing quality and safety through service development, audit programmes, and medicines management.
