The role
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for onshore mechanical equipment to improve reliability and uptime.
Utilize CMMS to plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance activities and track equipment performance.
Analyze reliability data, identify failure modes, and recommend improvements to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for equipment failures.
Provide technical support to maintenance and operations teams for troubleshooting and optimization of mechanical systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintenance standards, and industry best practices while coordinating with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to enhance plant efficiency.
