The role
Lead and manage manufacturing improvement projects to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction at the site.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and financial models to ensure ROI-focused delivery.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and cross-functional deliverables across teams.
Engage vendors for quotes and sourcing of equipment and services; monitor spend to plan.
Implement lean and advanced manufacturing concepts, advancing toward single-piece flow as the ideal state.
Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders, identify risks, and ensure sustained project success.
