The role
Serve as the primary HR operations expert, utilizing ADP Workforce Now for payroll, benefits administration, reporting, and employee data management.
Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with precision, plus benefits enrollment and open enrollment support.
Assist with compliance initiatives (FMLA, EEO, ACA, and state-specific regulations) and partner with HR leadership on policy updates and process improvements.
Maintain confidential employee records and serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations.
Collaborate across teams to drive operational excellence and enhance the employee experience.
