The role
Identify and cultivate long-term relationships with building owners, tenants, developers, and other key stakeholders.
Develop account strategies and security solutions tailored to client needs to maximize sales opportunities.
Design security systems, write proposals, and deliver presentations demonstrating end-to-end offerings.
Drive sales to meet or exceed targets while maintaining an accurate sales journal and pipeline.
Perform on-site surveys of commercial premises and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
Engage in industry events and leverage networking to expand the client base.
