The role
The Construction Estimator will prepare detailed cost estimates for remodel projects based on blueprints, specifications, and site data.
Develop pricing strategies, analyze project requirements, and drive accurate bidding to meet budgets.
Lead negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms while managing risk.
Utilize Xactimate and other estimating tools to create bids and monitor ongoing project costs.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
Conduct site visits, review bid proposals, and implement cost-control measures with strong attention to detail.
