The role
Shape the core technical direction for a global consumer AI product, from model choice to deployment strategy.
Build end-to-end training pipelines: data collection, training, evaluation, and scalable inference systems.
Design or adapt frontier models and fine-tune with LoRA/QLoRA, SFT, DPO, and distillation.
Create robust data platforms for synthetic and real-world training data, with alignment and safety guardrails.
Develop evaluation frameworks covering performance, robustness, safety, bias, and latency optimization.
Own deployment and product impact in a founding-level role, setting engineering standards and long-term architecture.
