The role
Provide exceptional customer service to every shopper, identifying needs and guiding product selections.
Drive sales through knowledgeable conversations and trend-aware styling.
Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, pricing, and keeping the sales floor inviting.
Support store operations by monitoring safety, policy compliance, and loss prevention practices.
Collaborate with management to train teammates and ensure consistent service across the district's stores.
Work a full-time schedule (35–40 hours) with flexibility to meet demand and stand for long periods.
