The role
Provide warm, engaging service to every customer and create an inviting store atmosphere.
Assist customers with product knowledge, styling guidance, and seamless transactions at the POS.
Support restocking, merchandising, and general shopkeeping to ensure a polished, organized environment.
Develop and maintain a repeat client base through data capture, outreach, and follow-up.
Adapt to flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
