The role
Provide fast, friendly service by actively assessing customer needs and offering helpful information to support project sales.
Learn product knowledge with available tools to guide customers through recommendations and close sales in assigned departments.
Greet, qualify, and upsell with a focus on solving customer needs across in-store and adjacent areas.
Maintain in-stock conditions, keep areas clean and safe, and ensure a shop-able environment following all safety policies.
Collaborate with department supervisors and teammates to deliver a seamless shopping experience and report hazards as needed.
Support various departments and services as required, contributing to a positive, high-service retail environment.
