The role
Remote Manager, HR Business Partners: Develop and execute HR strategies aligning with business objectives, driving performance, engagement, and growth.
Key responsibilities include HR process management, liaison with HR Centers of Excellence, employee relations, performance management, and labor relations.
Requires 5+ years HR experience, strong business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills.
HS diploma or equivalent, HR certification, and experience in healthcare or union environments a plus.
