The role
Lead strategic legal counsel for commercial and government sales contracts, guiding business teams through complex negotiations.
Negotiate agreements including Master Service Agreements, Right of Entry, Value Added Reseller, RFPs, and NDAs.
Provide contract interpretation, dispute resolution guidance, and develop templates to streamline processes.
Perform legal research on statutes, regulations, case law, and proposed legislation to manage risk.
Collaborate with in-house and outside counsel, and mentor contract managers within the legal function.
Drive operational excellence and ensure exceptional client experiences while meeting demanding timelines.
