The role
Lead and evolve state-of-the-art ML ranking and personalization models that shape the discovery experience for hundreds of millions of users.
Own end-to-end data pipelines, feature engineering, model innovation, and real-time serving at scale.
Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, operations, and data scientists to translate business opportunities into ML-driven solutions.
Prototype, productionize, and monitor ML models and pipelines for both batch and streaming use cases, ensuring quality, reliability, and low latency.
Advance ML infrastructure and experimentation practices (A/B testing, drift detection, interpretability) across the stack.
Mentor teammates and influence the broader ML platform while delivering robust, scalable, and ethically-grounded AI outcomes.
