The role
You will develop and implement cutting-edge LLM technologies to create innovative hiring agents.
Research, prototype, and apply findings to end-user facing applications, ensuring scalability and impact.
Design and implement LLM evaluation frameworks to assess models, parameters, and techniques.
Use lean methodologies to meet business goals, iterating quickly on client feedback and learning from failures.
Deeply understand product challenges to guide intelligent and efficient software-building decisions.
Maintain a strong focus on automated testing and robust backend architecture in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
