The role
The senior legal counsel will act as a trusted advisor on marketing, loyalty and customer propositions, supporting campaign development from start to finish. The role involves managing legal and reputational risks, advising on regulatory compliance, and handling intellectual property matters including disputes and portfolio management. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to provide pragmatic, risk-based legal solutions in a high-volume environment. They will support legal transformation projects, develop content, and deliver training to enhance legal understanding across the organisation. The role requires a qualified solicitor with extensive experience in consumer protection and IP law, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively under pressure.
