The role
Lead design and implementation of scalable machine learning models for video understanding and generation in production systems.
Develop and fine-tune large-scale foundation models (ViTs, VLMs, multimodal encoders) and diffusion-based methods.
Collaborate with researchers and engineers to translate research ideas into production-ready features.
Work with large-scale datasets, build robust training pipelines, and optimize for performance and scalability.
Stay current with the latest ML advances and translate them into practical, impactful solutions.
Communicate results clearly to cross-functional teams and contribute to the end-to-end digital experience.
