The role
Lead and develop a high-performing Mid-Market sales team focused on net-new ARR in the AMER region.
Define territory strategy and drive pipeline development with cross-functional partners in Sales Strategy, Marketing, and Sales Development.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to onboard new customers and optimize the journey for long-term value.
Recruit, coach, and manage Account Executives, setting clear expectations and performance goals.
Shape go-to-market motions, ICP definitions, and sales processes while providing customer insights to product and marketing.
Navigate ambiguity, scale a nascent team, and deliver growth through disciplined execution and data-driven decisions.
