The role
A physiotherapist position in Manchester within NHS Professionals involves conducting full patient consultations using advanced communication skills, performing comprehensive assessments for patients with complex conditions, and planning evidence-based treatment programmes. The role requires setting realistic treatment objectives in collaboration with patients and evaluating treatment outcomes to facilitate safe discharges. Candidates should possess a relevant physiotherapy degree, be HCPC registered, and have experience in neuro-rehab and neurology physiotherapy treatments in a hospital setting. Familiarity with EMIS and the ability to support discharge processes are desirable, with driving licence being advantageous but not mandatory.
