The role
Serve as the primary on-site contact for the assigned property, ensuring contractual obligations are met while delivering exceptional guest service.
Lead daily valet operations, including scheduling, staffing, quality assurance, and site visits to maintain service standards.
Monitor site revenue, payroll, and expenses, partnering with leadership to control costs and keep operations within budget.
Recruit, train, and coach hourly staff, set performance expectations, and foster a professional, guest-centric team environment.
Provide timely updates and reporting to management, coordinating with internal teams and external partners as needed.
Maintain safety, compliance, and operational excellence while supporting business growth and client satisfaction.
