The role
Develop AI solutions for Sponsored Brands advertiser and shopper experiences, including recommender systems leveraging generative models.
Invent and design scientifically complex solutions for new business initiatives and opportunities.
Own and guide the design of end-to-end AI software solutions, writing critical scientific components with a system-wide perspective.
Define a long-term science vision and roadmap, translating customer needs into plans for applied scientists and engineers.
Collaborate with engineers and product managers to implement and launch AI solutions; design and conduct rigorous A/B experiments.
Mentor junior scientists, stay current with advances, and communicate complex ideas to stakeholders.
