The role
A Business Analyst is sought to join a leading organisation in Newcastle, responsible for eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements and end-to-end processes. The role involves engaging with stakeholders across various levels, supporting Pega configuration and testing, and facilitating workshops to define project scope and objectives. The successful candidate will create comprehensive documentation including customer journeys and technical artefacts, ensuring requirements traceability from inception to delivery. They will manage relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and support the testing process, including developing and executing test plans. Collaboration with Pega developers is essential to achieve aligned business outcomes, and experience with process re-engineering, documentation, and stakeholder communication is required.
