The role
A Senior Business Analyst is sought to join the Information Systems Office within the Northern Ireland Assembly, working on ICT-enabled projects and digital initiatives. The role involves translating business requirements into actionable plans, supporting change programmes, and managing stakeholder relationships. Candidates should have strong project management skills, experience with Agile methodologies, and the ability to produce detailed business analysis documentation. The position requires experience in managing complex technology projects and leading change across diverse organisational areas. Knowledge of Microsoft DevOps, Microsoft 365, and basic finance or HR processes is advantageous. Candidates must meet specific educational and professional criteria, including project management certifications and relevant experience.
