The role
Lead module-level technical delivery on enterprise-scale applications within an Agile team, aligning technical outcomes with product vision.
Collaborate with Product Owner and Engineering Manager to refine roadmaps, decompose stories, and plan sprint tasks.
Architect, design, prototype, and upgrade significant components, mentoring 1-3 junior engineers.
Ensure robust quality through unit tests, participate in testing and releases, and support production issues.
Explore new technologies, evaluate tools, and advocate for best practices in security, DevOps, and performance.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders and teammates, contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
