The role
Issue claims via the Damages Claims Portal (DCP) as part of the Court Team.
Accurately input all required information into the DCP and maintain data integrity.
Follow court processes and deadlines, applying knowledge of DCP requirements.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver strong client service through the court process.
Maintain confidentiality, stay highly organised, and demonstrate attention to detail.
Educated to a good standard (graduate preferred) with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
